For prescription refills, include the medication name, dosage, how often you take it, and your pharmacy information. It may take your provider 48 hours to complete your request. For billing or administrative inquiries, you may leave a message and your call will be returned within 1 to 2 business days. All calls received after 2:00 PM will be handled on the next business day.
