Mathew Sipple, D.O. has been in the mental health field for over 18+ years in both inpatient and outpatient settings. He is the CEO and founder of Bay City Psychiatry, LLC and Center For Focused Care, LLC. Having started from the ground up, he has grown his private practice to extraordinary levels. His various career roles as a practicing physician in the mental health field have been, but not limited to: Dual Diagnosis Programs, Adolescence Outpatient Mental Health Programs, Nursing Homes, and the Geriatric Psychiatry Specialist on the Mental Health Inpatient Unit. He also has experience with being the practicing physician for Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) and being the director of a local ACGME Psychiatric Residency Program.
He currently is Board Certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Neurology and Psychiatry and has taken the Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Intensive Course at the Medical University of South Carolina, Charleston, SC. He is also on the Erie County Mental Health/Intellectual Disabilities Board of Directors and served on NAMI of Erie County Board of Directors from August 2008 to May 2014.
Beyond his very remarkable job history, Dr. Sipple served in the United States Navy. He was Honorably Discharged, was selected for Sailor of the Quarter, and received a Good Conduct Medal, a Letter of Commendation, and Two letters of Appreciation.
He takes pride in patient-centered, compassionate care that is responsive to the individual’s needs and values.
Jamie Fuhrer, D.O.

Jamie Fuhrer, D.O. is board certified in psychiatry (American Osteopathic Board of Neurology and Psychiatry). Dr. Fuhrer has over 9 years of experience. She received her medical degree and Master of Science in Medical Education from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM). She completed a Visiting Fellowship in Transcranial Magnetic Simulation through Duke University Health System.
Dr. Fuhrer specializes in treating individuals with all degrees of mental health concerns including neurodevelopmental disorders, mood disorders, anxiety and thought disorders. She has a special interest in Women’s Health and Perinatal Mental Health.
Dr. Fuhrer grew up in Waterford, Pennsylvania and currently resides in Fairview, PA with her husband and three children. She enjoys traveling, boating, and college football.
Joshua Taylor, D.O.

Joshua Taylor, D.O. is new to the practice as of August 2023. Dr. Taylor received his medical degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) Erie campus. Prior to his medical training Dr. Taylor received his Bachelor of Science from Allegheny College in Meadville, PA with a major in Biochemistry. Before transitioning to private practice, Dr. Taylor completed his adult psychiatry residency training program at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.
As a mental health provider, he specializes in treating individuals with all degrees of mental health concerns including depression, mood disorders, anxiety and thought disorders. Dr. Taylor has a special interest in TMS, having recently completed PULSES training in Colorado, and continues to monitor the literature for other emerging psychiatric treatment modalities.
Dr. Taylor grew up in Hermitage, PA and currently resides in Erie, PA. He enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with his friends and family.

Steven J. Harper, PMHNP
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Center For Focused Care, LLC
Steve Harper is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and has been in private practice at The Center for Focused Care and Bay City Psychiatry since 2018. He has worked various roles over the past 29 years in the medical profession including Neuro/Trauma Intensive Care Nursing.
He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology/Chemistry from The Ohio State University, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Gannon University, and a Master of Science Degree in Family Systems Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Case Western Reserve University.
Steve completed a Visiting Fellowship in Transcranial Magnetic Simulation (TMS) through Duke University Health System and is certified in TMS therapy. He also completed the J. Kiffin Penry Epilepsy Minifellowship® Program as well as the Northwestern/Kellogg Executive Education Program.
While an Ohio native, he continues to proudly call the Erie community home for the past 20 years.
Tatyana Kryachkov, CRNP

Tatyana Kryachkov is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner. She has worked in mental health field for over 4 years. She has experience with inpatient mental health, specifically with the geriatric population. She has worked in various roles over the past 10 years in the medical profession including medical/surgical and oncology nursing care and worked as an Adjunct Professor at Gannon University in the nursing department.
She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Gannon University and completed her Master of Science in Nursing-Family Medicine at Gannon University.
Tatyana enjoys cooking, baking, being outdoors, gardening, and spending time with her family in her free time.
